We've all found ourselves in a situation where we have to shave but can't spend the typical amount of time required. What do you guys remove from your routines when you're in a rush? Fewer passes? Abbreviated prep/post? Something else?
When pressed for time, what corners to you cut?

I deliberately set the alarm earlier to allow time for a proper shave (2 pass & touch up). On the very rare occasions I've been pressed I pull out the ol' Braun 7 Series electric. And "yes", I do feel dirty afterwards...
If I'm rushed I'll go with a quick 2 pass shave.
One pass with an injector. A quick and easy SAS.
From leisurely 3 to quick 2 pass shave.
When pressed for time while shaving, I accept that I will arrive wherever later than I'd prefer. Cutting corners, for me, is not worth it. Either I won't be satisfied with my shave, or I'll have nicked or scraped myself.
Against the grain pass goes when something has gone wrong and I don't have the time I need. Other than that I adopt the philosophy of Graybeard (above)

I face lather with a shave stick and do 3 passes instead of 4.
I eliminate applying my pre-shave, use cream instead of soap, forgo my final "touch-up" pass and don't use my alum block.
I have found the most effective corner cutting is to set the alarm clock 15 minutes earlier, and don't hit the snooze button!
1 less pass usually helps, but DON'T ever actually rush. Otherwise the thing you'll likely be removing is your blood.

If I'm really rushed I just don't shave. I usually only do a couple of passes anyway, so my shaves only take 5-10 minutes. I might grab a DE over a straight though if I'd rather have it closer to the 5 minute mark
The first thing to go for me is boiling water for the scuttle. After that, I might go to three passes and skip the alum. (But I would have to be hellaciously behind lol)
I assume that I would use a cream instead of soap, face lather, one pass with the Cobra, and rinse.
My shaves are quick enough that I don't really need to cut corners.

If I really have to shave and really pressed for time, forgive me B&B, I will settle for the canned foam and Mach 3

Yep.
Same prep (5 minute hot shower) but just 2 passes, N-S & XTG. Whole thing takes 10 minutes from start to finish.
I keep a can of Foamy under the counter, and if I'm really pressed, I'll use the Foamy and a quick pass with an injector. Hate to do it, but I just can't leave the house without shaving, even if it isn't perfect.
