I had a mini tree whale after the sabbatical ended and bought some aftershaves from them.
They sent me a Cella balm instead of the AS I ordered.
I emailed them today and within minutes Brad responded and apologized. Told me to keep the balm and got a shipping notification that the AS was en route!
Very impressed with the speed of the initial shipment, and Brads quick follow up.
I will be shopping there again.
