What's your workout today?

I'm still a little off schedule: today I did my usual Wednesday Olympic lifting routine, followed by 45 min. on the Precor elliptical and abs.
 
Half last Saturday. It was a complete disaster. Then I ran 4 miles on Sunday, 9 on Monday, 4 on Tuesday and 5 miles of intervals on Wednesday. Yesterday was a rest day. Tonight, I'm supposed to do 9 miles at race pace, but my ankle (Posterior Tibial Tendon) is really hurting me, don't know if I'll make it.
 
Yesterday - 20 mile bike ride pulling my daughter in her trailer.
