Goat milk shaving soap sample from Russia. If you speak Russian, please let me know what it says.
TDS Cosmetics Goat Milk soap for shaving. Looks like a company from Belarus. You can get some English translations from their website.

Hypoallergenic product for sensitive skin: goat milk, oat milk, caring oils. No essential oils. Almost imperceptible (you need to sniff very much), kind, milky aroma. Almost like in childhood, when they enjoyed drinking delicious milk with cookies. “Creamy”: dense foam and easy gliding, skin care and healing, economical. Due to its neutral scent, the soap is suitable for testing aftershaves and other perfumed shaving products. All-natural shaving soap with vegetable oils.
SHEA • COCOA • COCONUT • GOAT MILK • OAT MILK • VITAMIN E
If you have weakened (especially in cold weather) or very sensitive skin, then before buying, try washing your face with a very light saline solution (salt is in the soap), if there is no discomfort, then this soap may suit you. More details on sensitive / weakened skin can be found here .
