Quite an interesting scent from the lather. Can't really place it except it's kinda heavy and rich like. Medium strength throughout. The quality is amazing...richly creamy and very slick from just a little. The post-shave feel is good too...

Made by an artisan soap maker/barber here in Malaysia. Excellent performance. Nice thick and creamy lather. Good slickness and great cushion. Scent is very good and post shave face feel is great too.

The soap was for something in this. The exact recipe for that one was : because it's a big badger, after soaking, I squeezed most water down the brush. Then loaded from the tube holding the tube upside down for 1 minute. Then went to the bowl and started circular motions for about 10 secs because there's not enough water since I squeezed the brush preloading. I add just a bit of water at a time, less than a teaspoon. Then continue circular motions and some left to right motions to release some lather in. Only if needed I re-add water. Im looking to get a lather at first looking milky but then I work it until it gets uniform, thicker and as much as possible bubble less.Stirling Almond Creme

Hope that helps. With synthetics, I load lot less. Example MDC with a synth I load for 15 secs and got enough for 3 pass.

I may be skimping in lathering, I'll increase my efforts in it.
