Last of the Palomar Roaster Ethiopian Limu. 33 grams with 380 grams filtered water via Cona 2A tabletop vacuum pot.
 
Local roaster called House Cup Coffee, a blend they created for my local butcher shop. Spooned into a reusable Keurig K-cup.
 
Ran out of Chipas so roasted 4 batches of the Peruvian microlot

Even though it was just a few hours post roast it was amazing. So glad I was able to double up my order before it was gone.

french press... just ground up some Tim Horton beans, which i’ve never tasted, and am very pleased.
