My home brewer the past 5 years is this amazing Breville Barista Express. I have been using Umbria brand coffee out of Seattle for years and it is a great value. Excellent espresso blends with light, medium or dark roast. This machine is so worth the price I cannot recommend it highly enough.

"Ethiopia Dry Process Kayon Mountain Taaroo", green beans from Sweet Maria's. Roasted in a popcorn popper just shy of 2nd crack. Drip-brewed. The roast was about a week ago and the coffee is mellowing nicely.

The last of my Honduran this morning through the percolator. Tomorrow will be Nicaraguan or Honduran, not sure yet.
