What's your coffee today? What brew method? Photos

Mixed my last bit of local roast with some eight oclock original, hand ground the two together and brewed in French press. It was actually quite good with the sweet fruitiness of the eight oclock blended with the rich dark boldness with a hint of bitterness of the Arabica beans from local store which is roasted to full city +. Made a very smooth strong cup of coffee.

8 o'clock original very fresh bag off the shelf brand new shipment of whole bean, ground and french pressed. Surprised at how fresh this coffee is for storebought.

Peet's French Roast in an Aeropress via the inverted method. Added about equal parts hot water for an Americano of sorts then a little sugar and a little cream. Divine.
