Espresso brewed with Gaggia Classic using Costa Rica Yellow Honey La Guaria from Sweet Marias that I roasted in my Behmor on Sunday.

Espresso made into an Americano with a Columbian on four days rest after roast. Very nice.
Costa Rican Tarrazu in the Moccamaster. Almost out of this roast batch. Next up either some Costa Rican Yellow Honey La Guaria or Sumatran Mandheling or the less than stellar JBM. Decisions.
San Francisco Coffee Company French roast from Costco. French pressed after 4 minutes brew time. I really like this coffee. #3 for $16.99 which lasts about 3 weeks.

Having a nice espresso pulled from the over roasted Guatemala. Even though this isn't my preference for pour over, I did use a roast profile that should suite espresso and it does. In fact, I am likely to repeat this mistake again! Nice cool day here, waiting for the incoming storm. Have a nice day guys, a bit late.

On call last night but the phone has remained quiet. Still don't sleep well regardless, so did the gym routine and now enjoying a cup of Maxwell House with a pipe while I catch up on some of the crazy threads on here lately.
Think I got most of my Christmas shopping done yesterday but a package from Amazon is showing delivered but it ain't at my house. Hopefully this works itself out and I don't have to deal with them.
