What's your coffee today? What brew method? Photos

Morning folks.

Today was the second espresso on a new bag, a washed Bourbon from my local roaster Quarter Horse Coffee. Eli Espinoza Soberon from Peru. Very light roast, you can tell it's got a clean and punchy taste but it's not dialled in yet. Made on the work setup - JX Pro grinder, Flair Pro 2. 15g in to 30g out. Going to do another one now to work on dialling in / get caffeinated :)
