Organic Sumatra varietal, home roasted just into second crack in a fluid bed roaster, ground medium fine with cast iron burr grinder. Brewed steep-and-strain, filtered into vacuum cup.
This morning's brew was the end of a packet of Quarter Horse's lovely Fazenda Chapadao, and the beginning of a packet of their espresso roast, via Rhinowares grinder and an Aeropress. Lovely.
