Alfred Spatchcock
Kenya Roi Estate Peaberry, espresso roasted by Palomar Roasters - Aeropressed - Great flavor but it is better in the espresso machine.

I feel like a broken record......

I keep using my Bunn CW15 commercial.

Today's coffee, I am starting into the last lb of Kenya AA.

First pot was a little sharp (a little too strong for me) so tomorrow I'll drop back 3 grams of ground beans and punt.

Today was 46 grams of coffee to 32 oz water. I've stopped brewing full 64 oz pots as I can't seem to drink that much anymore before the taste starts to shift.

Cafe au Lait. A dark roast ground in Baratza Virtuoso on setting 34, brewed using Bodum french press. Froth is made using a Bodum manual frother (looks like a french press and about the same size) and drunk in a vintage Victor diner style coffee mug. Topped with a touch of cinnamon. Yum.

Can't wait to get into the Santa Barbara estate Columbian

Have a full hopper of Kenya AA in the Forte BG to grind first.

Another Bunnderful brew for me

Back to espresso this morning pulling shots from an Ethiopian Kaffa Michiti Coop I roasted on 8/16/17.

Santa Barbara estate Colombia this morning.

Decent easy to source coffee

Taste like good old American breakfast coffee without all the bitterness and nastiness of grocery store coffee

I gotta get out of the Bunn once asnd a while but today was another Bunn-day.
