Finish the sausage gravy over biscuits yesterday.
Had two little frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits with 1/4 slice of American cheese added to each today.

Slice of sourdough toast, black coffee, leftover roast potatoes my daughter proudly made last night and saved so I could sample. She was so sweet and it reminded me of when she was wee. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter the most.

......and pepper seems to be it’s own food group. Not a criticism, I keep a mortar and pestle to crush peppercorns and I use them liberally.

A favorite re-run: bird bread toast smeared with avocado and harissa, topped with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of Maldon salt. Black Ruta Maya dark roast coffee.

3 slices of cold pizza, a can of Diet Pepsi, and a pot of tea. I feel young again.

A large savoury sourdough pancake. Basically I pour my risen sourdough starter into a hot griddle, add green onions, chillies and sesame seeds. Fry until golden and I make a dipping sauce with soy, chilli vinegar, honey and lime. Sublime!
