1 strip of bacon
2 pieces of toast (1 for yolk, 1 for orange marmalade)

Our oldest hen keeps giving us double yolks! tomato from the garden, hard boiled eggs with olive oil S&P and an English muffin. Strong black cold brew coffee not pictured.
Finished the leftover black lentil soup + yogurt + black coffee.

Rolling the wheelie bin to the street for rubbish pickup at 5 this morning as my next door neighbor was preparing to go fishing. He asked if I wanted to go and I did. We fished the nearby stream for a couple hours. I took one lovely brown trout; he took two. By 8 it was already getting hot, so we came back here for what my Dad used to call a "John 21" breakfast. The fish gutted and cleaned, I grilled them and we ate them on toasted sourdough with bacon, rocket (arugula), and mayo with fresh lemon and pepper.
