Three eggs over easy on top of Salmon & mayo, 2 burger patties, pork belly adobo, acv. Black coffee.
Popcorn in the cereal bowl with milk & sugar, topped with sliced bananas. Coffee.
Steak, beef bone broth. Black coffee.
Semi-Frenched scrambled eggs, beef bacon...yes beef bacon from my brothers cows, avocado, berries and homemade salsa. The eggs are garnished with chives and chili tepins from the garden.

We bought extra because today is my mother’s 79th birthday. We baked her a small cake and have the meat for her.
Also we have 3 cases of water (45 packs) and 4 gallon jugs of water.
She forgot to put that on their list. I bet she just wants to see if I surprise her and remember her birthday.

Oatmeal.... I like oatmeal and try to have it at least 2 mornings a week or more.
Asiago cheese bread, guacamole spread, beef bacon, two fried eggs, homemade salsa, berries and a mimosa.
I’ve never come across powered eggs - it’s something we don’t have in the U.K.

1 egg cooked in the microwave, 1 piece of rye toast, orange juice, coffee with sugar.
My wonderful wife packed my breakfast and lunch for today. I am 8-4 today and she is 4-12 but she woke up early and made homemade flour tortillas and prepared weenie and egg tacos. I will eat those as soon as I get to work. I have no idea what she packed me for lunch.
