Kefir and nuts (walnuts, macadamia, almonds).
1330 local and just having breakfast before getting ready for work.
There just are not enough hours in the day.
But there’s always time for an omelette
That breakfast lasted me until dinner at 2000 local. 2 hours to go and the heading home unless they nail me for the graveyard shift.
Chili bean soup, 3 eggs with low carb ketchup and pesto.
In my quest to lower my cholesterol, my lovely War Department has decreed that for the next thirty days we are having fresh, real oatmeal, not the kind I like that comes in a packet with all kinds of sweet not so wholesome goodness in it.
My term life insurance policy runs out this year, so you know what this means:

Unless she's slipping rat poison in it maybe?

I can’t eat oatmeal. Not even without sugar or honey.
I am an insulin dependent diabetic and oatmeal for me is a huge NoNo.
I know many diabetics who can eat it daily but not this one.
I pray daily for you and yours my friend.
This morning I am having a breakfast of black coffee and boiled eggs
Bulgur porridge with blueberries, banana and pumpkin seeds. Coffee with milk. Then, an extra cup of coffee!

Today was black coffee and a bran muffin my lovely wife made last night for the kollege kids we'll be meeting with tonight.
Great bunch of young people. None of them nearly as stoopid as I was at their age.

Low carb, high protein flax waffle, butter, sugar free maple syrup, and bacon.

Fried keto mug bread, 3 eggs over easy, salmon and mayo with LC ketchup and pesto. Black coffee.
Eggs on toast sunny side up salt white pepper ( must be white pepper) oregano but just a sprinkle you don’t want to kill it
Sugar free What’s the point of maple syrup it’s like coke cola with out the sugar it’s just isn’t coke
It's not bad. The point of sugar free is it's low carb.
