Lazy man's toasties. I tossed bread & cheddar cheese in the toaster oven and then added some ham. A little Colman's mustard, an apple, & a cuppa tea. It was good, so I had to have a second one, which means lunch has probably already been sorted.
Did the chicken pot pie for 1 with a side of applesauce.

Decided to incorporate some left-over Italian sausage rolls into breakfast with excellent results! 
Here is a shot of the sausage roll, with a slice of smoky Gouda cheese, and over-easy eggs and sauteed veggies on the side.
And, just this morning I extricated the sausage from a roll and mixed it into an omelette with some toasted homemade bread on the side.

Had some left-over garlic mashed potatoes the other day so I decided to spruce them up with some Italian herb mix and pan fry them. They made an excellent 'foundation' for my "usual" - over-easy eggs with smoky Gouda and sauteed veggies (onion, pepper, and mushroom).

My breakfast was a bacon and fried egg sammich prepared by my wife and loaded into my feed sack for work. I didn’t get to eat until 11:30. Busy morning at work.
When I do eat breakfast, it's usually this. Three whole eggs, avocado and pepper jack cheese

Savoury pancake of leftover baked potato, the last zucchini from my garden, onion and sweet pepper. Topped with a dollop of yogurt and apple compote.
