Made some breakfast muffins for this week. Hot pan sausage (pre cooked), scrambled eggs, and cheese in the Griswold muffin pan baked at 350 for 20 mins. Trying to cut back a little on my salt intake.
I'd like to report an attempted poisoning by my wife this morning: a "smoothie", with banana, oatmeal, frozen berries, yoghurt, Yakult, chia seeds, maca root and flaxseed. With all this WFH, she's been Googling again.
