What's Your Breakfast?

First attempt at a bread omelette this morning. Kind of a hybrid French toast / omelette. Ham and Munster cheese was wife approved.

Did the bread omelet on Saturday morning with ham, pastrami and provolone cheese filling and fresh tomatoes and onion sauteed right before adding eggs. fantastic recipe and the wife loved it as well..

I think I am going to try eggs the French way tomorrow. I have always added cream at the beginning, and I cook a little firmer.

Like @DoctorShavegood said, don't add cream (or milk). That's the sure way to get watery eggs. Butter is mighty good, though.

I like a larger curd, so I use my wooden spatula, rather than a whisk, but that's all a matter of taste.
