Did the bread omelet on Saturday morning with ham, pastrami and provolone cheese filling and fresh tomatoes and onion sauteed right before adding eggs. fantastic recipe and the wife loved it as well..First attempt at a bread omelette this morning. Kind of a hybrid French toast / omelette. Ham and Munster cheese was wife approved.

Scrambled eggs, home made cinnamon rolls, coffee.
Breakfast taco. Chorizo, potato, frenched eggs, cheese, onion, garlic, jalepeno flour tortilla and homemade salsa.
Scrambled eggs with extra sharp cheddar, cantaloupe, wheat toast, orange marmalade, and coffee.

I think I am going to try eggs the French way tomorrow. I have always added cream at the beginning, and I cook a little firmer.
I love Frenched scrambled eggs. No cream. A good amount of butter and for me just a small pinch of salt. Cook them on very low heat. A plastic wisk in a nonstick pan is perfect. The eggs are cooked but have a porridge like texture.
Lately I’ve been doing Fat Free Fage yogurt with a bunch of blueberries and a drizzle of honey accompanied by a cup of coffee.

Watermelon, peanut butter on toast and vanilla yoghurt. Tea.
Like @DoctorShavegood said, don't add cream (or milk). That's the sure way to get watery eggs. Butter is mighty good, though.
I like a larger curd, so I use my wooden spatula, rather than a whisk, but that's all a matter of taste.
Every recipe I saw said to add whole milk or cream.
