What's Your Breakfast?

Yesterday was a cup of high fiber instant oatmeal, half an onion bagel and two mugs of cafe au lait made in a French press.
 
Three eggs over easy, two burger patties, salmon & non-vegetable oil mayo. Black coffee (mcdonald's leftover & tasters choice).
