I probably wrote it a little backwards. Either way, the carrots will need to boil a bit longer to soften, the peppers will only need a few minutes or so. The flavor is great. The heat only catches up when you stop eatingThanks for letting me know about this, Owen. I will try your recipe soon!
Breakfast sandwiches are not a thing in Thailand so we had to improvise. The bread isn’t great but makes decent toast. Cheese is a delicacy from the import grocery store and the sausage is homemade from a Jimmy Dean copycat recipe. The eggs are fantastic here and delicious with a little spring onion.
