What's the I.D. of an MWF ceramic holder

I have used a couple of MWF pucks, and I know the pucks swell when I start using them. Not a lot, but some.

Some tins I have fit ok, and some don't. I don't really want to buy a ceramic container to measure it.

Can someone who has one post the dimensions, please?

Does it help to know that a new puck is 75-mm? That is from http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/Mitchells_Wool_Fat_Kent_Shaving_Soap - but the dish is somewhat larger than a new puck, to accommodate swelling.

Just grate down the edge of the puck until it fits your container. Tuck the shavings at the bottom and dampen them a little to act like a glue for the puck.

My Mitchell's Wool Fat Ceramic Dish measures 3 15/16 inches in diameter or 100.01 mm.

Inner dimension is 3 1/8 or 79.375 mm.

I do this to put Da Fat in a tin for travel. The ceramic dish is a pure joy.
