Yes sir, that's a drop of ink. I took the picture shortly after flushing and refilling the pen, so there must have been a few inky water droplets in the cap or something.I'm by far no L2K expert. Indeed! That’s one of the best things about writing with fountain pens. I had never heard of blue-black either. But then, I also never heard of vetiver or fougere before I started wetshaving.
