One of the best cappuccinos I have had in a long time.

El Salvador Matalapa, self-roasted.

Pulled as a double espresso with the "fine grind, low dose, light tamp" method.

Frothed organic whole milk.

For some reason, it was especially delicious today. I suspect it's the espresso preparation method that this coffee prefers.

I'll be having lots of straight espresso in about an hour for a training.

That fits my standard method these days.

Today: Guatemala Oriente dry process - weird Frankenberry cereal notes, but nice.
