Brazil Poco Fundo roasted yesterday brewed via French Press.

I swear, I have never seen so many quakers in a single batch.

There's a lot to be said for wet processing methods.

Since I'm away from my kitchen, I have to make do with what I can find. Had a cup of joe at Rosa's, a local Italian pizza place that also serves a great breakfast. A decent cup in a decent joint.

El Slavador - Matalapa

Donut Dripped. Botched the brewing. Grind was off, temp was too low, and I was tired. (I'm just full of excuses)

I'm just after roasting another batch of Costa Rica Cafetalera Herbazú.

I can't get enough of this stuff. Probably the sweetest espresso I've made.

Brasil Daterra Espresso Reserve SW Decaf mocha made with organic milk and a home-made mocha made of nuttin' but cocoa, sugar, and water.

It needs a little vanilla to round out the flavor a bit.

Oily Colombian beans in the Aeropress which made for a nice couple of cups. Followed by some matcha. The water used for those came from my new Panasonic Thermo Pot, which does a wonderful job.
