A recent purchase from Sweet Maria's, I roasted this last night (two batches in my Poppery II @2/3-cup each), taking it a scant few seconds past the end of first crack, and then let it rest for 18 hours (hat-tip to Scotto!)

Another recent purchase from Sweet Maria's, I roasted this late Monday night (a single 1-cup batch in my Poppery II), taking it just into first crack, and then let it rest for 18 hours.

The bittersweet chocolate component is magnificent... a great mouth-feel!
