I love those. We don’t have them here but when we visit San Antonio we always stop in. I get the double with cheese and lettuce instead of buns. A fine burger.

Is Whataburger the top burger chain in Texas, or is it In n Out? I always confuse the name of Whataburger with Lottaburger, which is a New Mexico burger chain.

Whataburger! I hadn't heard of In-N-Out until a few years back. Just checked at their Website. 2011 was first Texas store.
Today was chicken enchiladas suiza. In case you haven’t noticed, I like enchiladas.
Yesterday for breakfast I had chicken enchiladas in mole (didn’t let me add accent mark) sauce.
Sounds delicious. I’m having enchilada verde today.
We make enchiladas here at home from time to time. Rice too. We even make our own sauce.
