We went to Daniel Boulud's Bistro here last night and both had the set which included rack of lamb. It was great but neither could finish it so we brought half of it home and that was lunch just now.

Sorry the last post was a dinner. Today’s lunch for my sweetheart is, potato cauliflower soup and open faced sandwich. Stone ground mustard, ham, turkey, tomato and melted brie.

Just put a small 7lb brisket flat in the smoker. Homemade Gut Packs for lunch a la Vitek’s BBQ in Waco, Tx.
