Sardines & onion on toast.

Homemade split pea soup with Ethiopian berbere seasoning. Carrot sticks. Fresh cornbread made with masa harina and whole wheat flour. Pineapple in juice for desert. Unsweetened iced tea.
 
Leftover Chef Tyler's sour cream chicken enchilada casserole with beans and rice

Pretty good meal! Get some lunches delivered by Grapevine Parks & Recreation Active Adults program. PreCovid-19 the meals were served at the "Rec" of Grapevine.

Fridays are Fishtastic!
Picked up what were labeled Tennessee tomatoes at the Farmers Market. Sometimes the simplicity of a BLT is what is called for. The tomatoes are tasty.
