Last night was Thai (marinated in lime, fish sauce, shallot) chicken thighs with jasmine rice. . .
Man, that looks good. I’ve got to do a low country boil soon.
We always called this a poorboy growing up and it was a staple when we were camping out. Now we do this with smoked sausage and add cabbage too.....made something wierd tonight. don't know if any other cultures make anything like this.
pre partially cooked thin sliced potatoes
thin sliced celery
thin sliced onions
pre cooked 1 LB venison burger
salt
cracked peppercorn
dehydrated garlic
St Elmos Steak seasoning
butter
Lard
olive oil
pre-made all items and put them in a large triple panel foil bag I made.
put on grill for 20 minutes
easy pefection seved with bread and butter.

when plated i put kosher salt on and Melinda's Garlic Habenero Sauce.
a little bit of lard was added into recipe because everything included was very lean.
yeah.........id cook this one again !!!!!!
this whole bag had to have weighed 5 lbs......heavy
the bag covered 3/4 of the regular sized grill (reference.)
