Chicken and shrimp stir fry. Love bok choy.
Bitter cold last night so cornbread and potato chowder. Woke up this morning to -15 degrees and a busted waterline in my yard. Looks like take out until I can get a excavator to make repairs and get water turned back on to the house.

Water is back on and it was Vs Italian cheese and spinach ravioli tossed with mushrooms shallots and garlic in a sauce made with butter, pasta water and Pecorino Romano cheese.
Tonight it will be frozen fish, Homemade Mac and Cheese, a vegetable, and some kind of bread.
Going to do homemade biscuits and gravy. I've been working here and there on perfecting my biscuits technique.
