I meant to take pictures but got so excited I forgot until after I had already devoured it.

This is the exception to the rule.

The solution is to make so much that there will be leftovers and take pictures of that.

Tonight was Chana Masala. It’s an Indian dish. The first time I made this my wife Linda tasted it, got up from the table and commenced in kissing me all over my face. So I made it again the next night ...lol.

Give it a try, it’s not hard to make, it’s just a little tedious in finding some of the ingredients you’re probably not used to buying.

Recently picked up some Kimchi from the local Asian market so, of course, I had to try my hand at Bulgogi. By some miracle I nailed it the first time around using a recipe from the allrecipes website (Beef Bulgogi - https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/100606/beef-bulgogi/) -

Only somewhat disappointing was the Kimchi because it was "Americanized" and not nearly as hot as the Kimchi made by my wife's Korean sister-in-law. Man, you could shoot flames out of your arse after eating that Kimchi!!!:cursing:
