Tonight...tators in the fire. New York strip in a few minutes.
Something that we have not done a long time..... Polish sausage and Sauerkraut cooked with onion and diced apple. Served with country bread.

One of the tators was a purple sweet potato. I overcooked it somewhat but was still delicious.
Hot dogs, Hormel chili diced onion and cheddar cheese with air fryer French fries
Healthy vegetarian dinner. Curried squash and lentils with garlic rice. Okay for a change of pace.

Taco Tuesday! Crispy tacos made with last night's leftover burnt ends. Cheese, avocado, tomatoes and sour cream.

Made a big batch of beef stew yesterday. It was good. I think the leftovers will be better for tonights dinner. Just need to make some rice to serve with it.

Homemade Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, corn, and corn for dinner. My wife is a better cook than I am, unless it comes to grilling or southern food.
Pork schnitzel, jaeger sauce, spaetzel, and green beans.

Smoked duck breast with a pear glaze with some baby bok choy. Also had some kimchi fried rice on the side.
Pecan Pie with Blue Bell for dessert.

Turkey breast injected with Cajun seasonings, spiral cut ham, dressing, southern style green beans, ambrosia salad. For dessert, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, chocolate pie all with squirty cream on top.
