It looks a bit of a mess... but noooo. It’s Korean style. Sweet, savory and crunchy. If you know anything about me I’ve been smoking ribs the last umpteen years. These may be the best I’ve ever made and they never hit any smoke.

Made salmon with garlic lemon butter last night. Everyone li it except the eight year old. He wanted hot dogs tonight since we had leftovers. Ok lil dude but you get budget dogs on white bread.

My wife and I were watching a cooking series by Giada De Laurentis. She bought two of her cooking books and I am so glad she did. Last night it was chicken parm. Instead of baking it, she cooked it on the top of the stove. Accompanied by asparagus and salad. It was as good as my Italian mother used to make.

I love budget dogs on white bread. Wrap 'em in a paper towel, microwave 'em, squirt some mustard and maybe dice a little onion to complete the prep. Is two enough?
