Covid Easter Sunday Dinner for two:
Pan Fried ribeye (too cold, rainy and windy for the grill)
Steamed old bay shrimp
asparagus with mustard vinaigrette and goat cheese
Homemade pasta salad with giardiniera mix and olives
And yes I mix my cocktails in pint glasses Bourbon/coke/ginger ale

goodness . . . need to wash down the backsplash. My wife and I had some today; it was nice. . . And lunch is taken care of for the next week.
 
Lluevos Rancheros for breakfast this morning.

Blended some roasted onions, garlic, jalepeno, tomatoes, and red bell peppers for the salsa.

Refried the black beans made the night before. Crisped up some corn tortillas then put down a layer of the beans, fried egg, salsa, queso fresco, and topped with some cilantro. Bam!

Happy Father’s Day dads!

Italian pulled pork, homage to Tommy DiNic’s. 10# butt rubbed with garlic, thyme, fennel, oregano, parsley, and rosemary, braised with stock, wine, onions, tomatoes. On Italian bread with broccoli rabe, sharp provolone, and extra juice.
