The only soap I've had where you can actually smell the soap is valobra / Czech and Speake. The rest are scented too strongly.
Edit, I took the question literally, the OP I believe meant best scented all along. For me, thats;
Trumpers Rose
Mughetto di bologna razorock (Lily of the valley)
Speick stick ( not a sophisticated perfume or anything but my absolute fave mass industrial scent, also its somewhat linkes with the superb quality ofbthe soap)
