What will eventually break on my Moka pot? Just the gasket?
What will I need (as parts) for my new Moka pot

Yep.
That's about the only thing that can break, as everything else is metal. However, I wouldn't worry about running out and stockpiling a supply of gaskets. I've been using my moka pot for a couple of years and have had no problem with the gasket, yet.

Is regular ground coffee OK to use?, or do I need to grind it more course or fine?

I've found a fine grind is good, but not all the way to espresso grind.
I have been using the same all stainless steel moka pot since 1984 on and off. The gasket is still good. I retired a few years back, but when I do make a cuppa Joe with it I can sit and remember many of the crew members I worked with and all of the comments made (about the moka pot) in the "Dog House"..
