What utensil for cooking bacon?

Turkey bacon anyway, in cast iron. Use a OXO fish spatula. Helps to keep the large bits scraped off and the seasoning intact and smooth.

I use tongs, chopsticks, fingers, a fork, or whatever else gets it done.

I'm not big on using a spatula. That's just a mess.
