What type of hybrid is this

I found this Gillette labeled cased razor, but wonder if anyone thinks that it could be a genuine Gillette. And if not, have you seen this handle anywhere else? The razor is quite hefty and the handle is solid. The head looks to be an Old Type, the case is perfect for the razor yet is labeled "New." So what do you think?

You can just make out the "New" label on the header lining.

Is a Gillette head, with no serial # on the inside.

Finish is a little worn, but actually in pretty decent condition. And the handle has a great feel & grip. So what do you say? Gillette model or hybrid model?

Frankenrazor. Old type head, NEW case, unknown handle. It resembles a Durham though.

Aww... everyone's already ID'ed the razor parts. Oh well... the case is from an Oxford set. The handle could have also been from a Wade & Butcher DE, though the Durham's more common.
