What to serve with Texas Red chili?

Put it over Frito's for a Frito Pie.
Onions, cheese, a squeeze of lime.
Put it inside an omelet with cheese.
I've only made Texas Red once and went with a side that works well for me, polenta.

With all due deference to the Guinness suggestion
Put chili over rice. Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onion (or scallions) and sour cream on the side. I like Tecate with mine, ice cold and in a can.
Pinto beans, shredded cheese (jack and/or cheddar), onions, oyster crackers, fresh jalapenos.....any combination of the above.
Very cold beer and fresh cornbread (w/honey) finishes the big picture.

It's almost always Fritos and sometimes cornbread.
