What's new

What to do with slightly used puck of soap?

Do you all use a puck of soap all the way down till its gone?

I have several "scents" I like but it would take me months to work down a puck.

How do you all handle a puck change when you have only used 1/3 of it? Is it ok to just toss it in a ziplock bag till you want to go back to it?

THANKS!

You can do that. Some will also leave it out in the air and rehydrate it by using it the next time. If it's a scent you love then you might want to keep it in an airtight container of some sort.

all my soaps do have a container of some sort. hair gel that came in a tub, small Tupperware, wooden bowl. i have a steel container with a lid i purchased at salvation army. it's quite large and deep, but thats what i keep my "frankensoap" in. try salvation army. you never know what you will find there.

I keep puck soap in mugs or a bowl. When the puck is down to just a wafer I use it as a platform for a soap/cream superlather. So, I use it all. If I tire of a puck and need the mug space to try something new, I remove it and store it in a ziplock or a plastic container with lid. I've also used leftover soap puck as a shower soap.
