The Le Duc and Le G both felt great on the stones and strop, but toothy on the face. And either my face was already, or the Aust was too hot. It got extra laps on the strop. Back to the stones…
Tonight’s shave brought to you by a Mituon 800 touched up on a Thuri Celebrated hone and finished on a TM horsehide roughout strop. Wonderful combo

My lune has been setting idle as i have been testing new jnat and blk ark , pulled it out as member ask me my opinions, wanted a fresh perspective
Excellent stone , still testing but amazing shave, comfortable sharp edge

I'm back and I'm bad...
Back from playing with a rare Super Slant.
Bad because I took poor notes from the initial shave test with this razor, back in July. Re-test...
Naked eye - not bad
Hanging hair - I downplayed a poor result mid-blade
Shave test - yep, tip shaves well, middle not at all
A.W.Wadsworth XLNT - a clean classic, just needs attention to the edge. My honing/restoration queue has gone from 'good progress' to 'Mayday' very very quickly. I bought more razor sleeves just for the queue! Wet weather will drive me back to the workbench soon.
Finished the shave with a September slant, explaining my nonchalant attitude.

This razor was back from freshly honed on Ozuku and the edge is ooohhh soooo nice, so smooth and comfortable.
3passes for a mixed dfs, ccs to sas result with any issues. The challenge area for technique improvement remained under the jaw and neck.
