First test shave new razor to Den
Iwasaki 30
Wholly Kaw, Vor V
First pass 12k edge, awesome but was missing some magic, plus my stropping was not great,,,
Ozuku Koppa Asagi 5+ seems match made for each other
2 pass phenomenal with proper stropping
Few notes,,,this is some hard dense Swedish steel
The blade is heavy dense monster
I was pleasantly pleased to shave with such an amazing tool

Thank you for the image @sanookd - I was wondering if it was the heavier grind.

Today was rather nice from a lather point of view after the C&S test. The razor was a newly acquired Filarmonica 14 Sub Cero out for it’s second shave, and some vintage AoS Rose Absolute gave a perfect lather. A little splash of C&S 88 returned a very pleasant shave.

Shave #2 with Iwasaki
Care needed when handling, razor demands your full attention
Ozuka got the edge super sharp, good stropping
Can’t explain but blade extremely dense,,,, if edge was dull she would still cut due to weight of blade
The shave today, #2, was more on sharp side than smooth, still smooth but sneaky samurai sharp,,,
Fine tune to user liking
Razor made me slow down focus and focus or slice
Ariana and Evans Khalifa soap and Splash provided cushion and glide , and intoxication and extreme post feel
3 x, soap face wash, cold water [emoji97] helped
Was that much suds remaining
