What soap for an Old Spice Mug

I have an old Old Spice Shaving Mug that I want to load with soap. Most cakes of soap are too large to fit into the mug without trimming or cutting the cake down to size in order to fit flat into the bottom of the mug. I don't know if anyone else has faced this issue and found a solution with a soap puck that fits well into the mug, or if there is a soft soap that works well. I welcome any suggestions.

I bought an Old Spice mug with a puck of MWF already in it. I'm not sure if it had to be cut up any to get it to fit.

VDH is pretty soft and a smaller soap puck. You could probably smash a couple of those into it with ease. Otherwise there's always 'milling' your puck into the mug.

I have two Old Spice mugs. Once is filled with Arko, the other with Harris Marlborough. The Harris fits great after slightly grating round the edge of the puck.

I have one with VDH and one with Williams. If you're wanting your favorite soap that's just too big to fit, either melt (if that's an option), trim, or grate.

Take a tube of Indian Old Spice Cream and squirt it into the mug. Let it harden for a few weeks and you've got Old Spice soap. Thanks to OldGreyGuy for the suggestion!!

I've used Old Spice mugs with Williams, VDH, Colonel Conk, and Parker soaps without issue.

Currently I am using a Frankensoap made by melting Mama Bear Aged spice soap in the original container and pouring it over bits of other soaps I had colleged in an Old Spice mug.

Mystic Water or Mike's Natural soaps both are easily manipulated into any container. You can also grate any hard soap into the mug too. But I agree with craig, it would only be right to have an old spice puck in there.

I've got one with Old Spice soap (70's vintage) that I use in rotation. Another holds a puck of modern Williams. A third holds a puck of Tabac. None required any major fitting.

I've got a couple that are holding OS soaps in reserve, and I'm considering pressing some Arko in one for use, and I'm thinking about taking the one that holds pens on the desk and putting a puck of Colgate in it.
