What SC or SS do you use with your Old Spice AS

I find myself using C.O. Bigelow with Old Spice more times then none. Perhaps when I get my Trumper's cocnut SS that will change.

How about you guys?

I will now have to give St. Charles a try. I love my expensive fragrances but for some reason I just can't get away from Old Spice.

Another vote for old Old Spice soap.
Proraso works really well - a nice wake up call of cool and warm feelings/scents.
Euro Palmolive cream seems to go quite well with it too, scentwise.

I prefer these supreme lathering SCs. OS Original / Godrej Rich Foam / Nivea India / J.L. Morison

These have mild scents, non intrusive and do not interfere with the OS AS Original scent !!

I scored a tube of OS original SC in an Indian market North of Seattle.

The stuff is terrific. Lathers great, smells great. Gets me all pumped up for the dollar store AS.

My next soap will probably be Aged Spice.

Now, if I could just score some old Shulton cologne to replace that powdery P&G plastic bottle stuff I'm forced to use....

Vintage Old Spice shave soap. Tallow rich and lathers like a demon! Most of the OS scent is gone from the soap, though.

A couple of times a month I have an "Old Spice Day", which I wholeheartedly recommend everyone trying.

I usually bath with the OS Classic bodywash, wash my hair with my 1956 bottle of OS Shampoo ("in unbreakable plastic!", according to the label), throw on some OS antiperspirant, make a superlather out of my old stock OS shave soap and Indian Shulton cream (lime or original), shave with my ASR/Personna made Old Spice disposables (yeah, yeah; substitute with the razor of your choice and all that), splash on some Shulton OS aftershave, sprinkle a little of the cologne behind my ears and on my chest, grab my Old Spice talc and sprinkle some on the back of my neck and in my delicate areas, then top it all off by combing my hair with my OS greaseless hair tonic (ca. 1960).

THEN, I stand outside for several minutes in order to "mellow down" a little before my girlfriend awakens from all the "nautical" fumes.

jesus christ and i thought what i was smelling was the refiners on the jersey turnpike!

i've actually found that col conk bay rum soap goes well with it.

Could the users of B&B possibly start a petition for P&G to bring back the Original OS scent aka Shulton formula? I'm sure most of our fathers and grandfathers would appreciate the effort as well.

Oh and I use a Yardley Gold SC and then Old Spice Original Scent Aftershave Balm. Makes for a spicy wake up call in the morning.
