An electric trimmer works well for me... somehow, it snuck up on me that I'm old, and I have to trim ear hair now. I'll admit, I've used it on my toes once or twice...

For a 'fist' shave there is an old fashioned method. No, wait, that causes hair to grow on your hands!!
