First ever shave with a vintage razor today. Used the 1958 Super-speed TV Special for a quick 1 pass WTG and a couple of touch ups.
It is slightly on the mild end of the scale but it really does get the job done. Combined with a sharp smooth blade in the Platinum X I was left with zero irritation even when I applied the alum it did not sting which is a first

One of the most comfortable blade ever. Perfect balance between sharpness and smoothness. Works well in all my razors. Pretty expensive to purchase from over here in Malaysia, but well worth it.

Shave with razor paired with the blade was good. Smooth and comfortable in 3+1passes for a bbs to dfs finish. So good was the shave, a half pass performed on the neck and that resulted in 2 creepers...dang! Too greedy...hahaha
