I am out of town helping my elderly folks so I don’t have all my shave gear but did bring one of my DE razors. I actually got stopped for a luggage check at the airport because they saw the razor on their scanner and wanted to ensure it did not have a blade in it. I did not have any bags to check so the razor was on my carry on. The one who did the check told me politely to avoid a check/search in the future was to just bring a disposable razor next time. He looked at me a little strange cuz I had a DE. I probably looked at him strange too - like you don’t know what you are missing - Lol. I only started wet shaving last August but almost can’t believe how much I enjoy it compared to disposables.
Anyways tonight’s 2 pass shave resulted DFS.

I enjoy using the OC plate on the Masamune. It's so smooth while being efficient. This LE SV brush is a pleasure to use everything from the handle to the knot is lovely. I suspect it will splay a bit easier once it's more broken in.
