I used a Red Personna this morning, nearing the two week mark (Saturday) but still shaving smooth and close. They are best day two and after. I used to use Crystals, but I like these a tad better. I liked Feathers, but they were shot and uncomfortable after day two or three. I use an Edwin Jagger DE89 and it provides a mild but reasonably close shave. For me it is much more comfortable than the Merkur long handle it replaced. I toy with the thought of a Feather razor and going back to Feather blades. Those blades may wear out quickly, but they shave damn near as close as a straight razor!
