I find the first shave the most dangerous in terms of small nicks and whatnot.

Used a Bic Chrome Platinum blade for the third time today.

They are now beginning to grow on me as they do seem to ‘mellow out’ after the first shave and provide really good subsequent shaves. To me the Bic blade is like a lion that has been tamed.
